3-4 sleep sacks or gowns
15 layette sets in different sizes NB-6mo
4-5 warmer winter blankets (for over the carseat, curled up in moms arms ect)
4 pairs of NB mittens & caps 10 pairs of socks
3- 3mo footie pjs
3-6 mo footie pjs
3-4 muslin swaddle blankets

One each of several different bottle brands - leave these unopened and try them one at a time until you find our your baby likes (and will take more than once - S would reliably take each bottle type we offered once and only once) and then stock up on that one.  Even if you're ebf, I'd still get 3 bottles so you can leave the baby with someone for a few hours.  And at least a manual pump, but actually get the best one your insurance will cover.

Other bf supplies, some people don't like putting these on a registry - washable or disposable pads to stick inside your bra so you don't leak through it, nipple butter (I liked earth mama angel baby) or lanolin, cold pack nipple pads (like ice packs for your nipples) for the first few weeks, bravado nursing bras, several nursing tanks or nursing pajamas.

Clothes-wise, stock up on those snap-up or zip-up sleepers since they probably won't wear much else for the first few weeks.  I liked the snap because I only had to undo the bottom for diaper changes and I could unsnap both legs while zippers only go down one leg, some people like zippers because they're faster.
